  I had an excellent experience with La Familia Auto Insurance. Ms. B was a tremendous help she guided me through the process with patience and professionalism, making everything clear and easy to understand. Her customer service went above and beyond, and she made sure I felt confident in my choices. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuinely committed to helping customers, but Ms. B delivered that and more. I highly recommend La Familia Auto Insurance.

  Si pudiera poner cero estrellas, lo haría. Recibí una llamada de una agente de Family Insure que me dijo que necesitaban “actualizar” mi seguro de auto. Durante la llamada, la agente me pidió firmar documentos por teléfono sin explicarme claramente qué eran. Me hizo creer que solo estaba completando información relacionada con mi seguro del auto, pero después descubrí que me habían inscrito en un seguro para departamentos, cuando yo vivo en una casa y nunca solicité ese servicio. Esto fue una práctica engañosa y deshonesta, realizada claramente para que la agente ganara más comisión. Me hicieron firmar algo que yo NO autoricé, que no pedí y que no necesito. Días después, recibí un paquete con documentos de una póliza que no tiene absolutamente nada que ver conmigo. Recomiendo tener mucho cuidado con las llamadas de esta compañía. No explican bien, presionan al cliente y agregan servicios sin su consentimiento. Una experiencia muy decepcionante y para nada recomendable
