He explained the process of what needed to be done and was with me each step of the way to get issues resolved. After I completed the paperwork I needed, I submitted it to Nicholaus. From there, he stayed on top of things while State Farm HQ went through their review process. Today, I received an email from Nicholaus stating that everything was approved and I was receiving a large refund check from State Farm. Thanks Nicholaus!!!!
