  Although they were 1 of 2 of the cheaper options for me . The other option was actually $19 less a month I ended up staying with using this company because I didn’t want to go through the whole refund process and it take forever to get my $197 back. My first issue is I was told my down payment would be $197. Ok cool. Upon reading thru my paperwork I see it says the down payment is $128. I ask why does the paper work say one thing and I paid a different amount and she (Miriam) tells me well it’s a $69 agent fee which was not explained to me before she took my payment. I was only told that after I was reading the papers I needed to sign after making the payment and I told her if she would have said that up front I would have went with the other company and paid the $202 down payment and $111 a month insurance. So I’m assuming Miriam thought I wasn’t going to read that paper work and see that I was charged $70 more than what the paper work said because again SHE NEVER MENTIONED A $69 AGENT FEE until after I asked about the difference on the paper work. If I didn’t ask she wouldn’t have said anything.! Then I read the next set of paperwork that includes my insurance card and it says my next payment is due December 18th which is not even a whole 30 days. It’s exactly 20 days. I texted her to ask about that 2 times and got no reply but she was texting my phone an automated message about contacting her if I still need insurance. I will be switching companies as soon as I do what I need to do as far as registering my car because getting business not being honest is a no for me AND my next payment being due in less than 30 days is insane
