I asked to reschedule for Saturday 9am, she called precisely at 9am on Saturday, my phone wasn’t near and I called her right back to no answer and then an inappropriate message from her claiming I now missed 2 appointments. *Photo attached, I messaged/called her at 9:02am, very unprofessional. “I did call at our originally scheduled time earlier in the week and didn’t hear back until the next day.” I want to clarify the timeline since the response above is not accurate. We initially scheduled a call for the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and she texted after 5:30 asking if I wanted to reschedule, which I agreed to. We then rescheduled for Saturday at 9am. I missed the call and returned it at 9:02am, which was not answered. I did not respond “a day later.” My review reflects missed connections and miscommunication, not a lack of availability on my part. In response to your last edit: I reviewed my Tuesday call log several times & I have zero missed calls from you. Bottom Line: I called you back just two minutes after your call on Saturday, and you didn’t answer. That kind of disregard is negligent and speaks volumes about your professionalism.
