  GEICO you need to fix your AI phone service! I was on the phone trying to connect with someone for almost 3 hrs dialing many numbers. Getting hung up on by the machine not even offering access to speak to a real person when my issue needed a human to resolve it. Same situation with the Geico App it didnt have the option to do it "online". We, as costumers, need to speak to a real person to get our inconveniences fixed fast and accurate. I had to drive 45 mins to my "closest "agency and it was the best decision. Personnel was so helpful, diligent and specially welcoming. I do not remember the name of the agent but she was the young hispanic with a cute nose ring. This is the agency I visited: 2600 MC Hale CT, Austin, TX. I was in and out the office in less than 15 mins. Kuddos to your staff, Billie Swanson. The young lady did and amazing job turning around a bad situation! 🎉💪🏼

  Not this location, but GEICO as a company is price gouging. They’re trying to charge me $600 for basic liability on 2 cash cars for ONE month. That’s literally an entire paycheck for me and they’re like “oh, I’m sorry. I understand, but there’s nothing we can do.” First of all, that’s a car payment on a new car. Second, a good portion of Texas is under water at the moment. 3rd, $600 for 2 cats for minimal coverage is insane. I’m an educator. We can’t afford that. And there was no warning about the increase. That went from $136 to almost $600. You’re high and you need to fix yourself

  Me salí de esa aseguranza porque una bes fui agregar un carro a mi póliza y me dijieron que no pueden hablar español que tienen prohibido seme ISO que me discriminaron por llegar ablando español no me gusto ya tenia más de 1 año con ellos no la recomiendo
