I called him and he was very kind, professional and very knowledgeable about the supplement insurance industry. He assured me he would help me get the right supplemental health coverage through Mutual of Omaha. He took care of all the paperwork. I received my insurance coverage and had a reasonable rate that I could afford. (April 2023) the rate went up, and I called him. He told me just hold on when a lower rate came up; he would let me know. Nov 2023; Mr. Murray called me to say he had found a new low rate for 2024 for me. I did not know it was time to start look for a low rate, but he did. As before, he took care of all the paperwork, and my new coverage started in December of 2023. I now have a new lower rate for the 2024 coming year. He also helped me with a Prescription Drug Plan and took care of the paperwork. Mr. Murray is a trustworthy military veteran, and someone I can rely on. Thank You Sir!
