    10 out of 10? They get a 12!!! Denise deserves every bit of praise and more. She was able to lower our monthly bill substantially, and in this economy, that kind of savings means everything. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she is also one of the sweetest and most personable agents I've ever spoken with.
