- CPCurtis PowellAug 15, 20231.0I was rearended by a person who is insured by GEICO, while I was sitting at a traffic light. The vehicle that hit me was a larger vehicle, and it was pulling a trailer loaded with industrial lawn mowers. The force of the impact caused me to be thrown back, into the seat back and head rest so violently that the seat back was knocked loose. The first adjuster admitted that their insured client was at fault, but refused to consider my pain, my lost income, or my future medical needs. His settlement offer was for $1,000 and the ER visit, and up to $500 for future medical needs. This is the only offer put forward, and it looks like GEICO is trying to just disregard my claim.
- JZJ ZMay 24, 20221.0After 5 years coverage they cancelled me and my payment was even in bank then I go receive quoats from other agency's and there price is half what I pay to gieco they will take care you untill you file your first claim so that being said my insurance jumped 40 extra dollars month I thought was suppose to go cheaper if you had no accidents
