The minute we walked in we were greeted with a very warm hospitality by Megan Holmes. She began to listen to our concerns and paused what she was doing to help us right away, despite it being late on a Friday. Right away she looked at our policy and helped us get the answers we needed. It showed what commitment not only Megan but Kim Austin’s team demonstrated. I highly recommend this place. Kim Austin even came out to greet us and spoke to us kindly. This is quite different from the approach I was accustomed to from a different head agent who I never met, spoke or seen due to the excuse, “he was always busy.” We are saving so much because of this location. Everyone was kind and kept offering us complimentary drinks and food. Kim and Megan are the way to go if you’re looking for an agency that treats you like family.
