I had the absolute PLEASURE of working with Sebastian De Lombaerde to switch my auto and renters insurance to State Farm from 'the big G'. He was knowledgeable about their policies, patient in answering my questions and working through coverage options and accommodating to my availability. His follow-up is top notch and he even personally led me through cancelling my other policies. Sebastian is definitely a people person and one of the most delightful young men I've ever dealt with! I truly feel blessed by every conversation. His stellar customer service alone is going to give you reason to want to switch. The icing on the cake is that he was able to give me better coverage at a very significant savings! I will most definitely be telling others about him and encouraging them to contact him.
