I wanted to say that Diane, the office manger, is so helpful with everything; from claims, information, and guiding me to the right place to get my car repaired after a collision. When you need great insurance folks to work for you; and with you; go to Shank Kolthare’s office in Nashville. Also Betty Ann, and Amanda, are also extremely helpful; and the receptionist Ariana, is also so polite and helpful.
