They had my car in a shop with in two days of hitting the deer and my rental was delivered that day. With in two weeks of them declaring total loss they had my bank paid. They called and checked on me many times threw out the process. Kept open communication and was just so nice and helpful. Thank you for making a bad situation a little easier to deal with.
