- CGCamelia GodinezAug 29, 20251.0I am filing this complaint against GEICO for failure to honor coverage on two separate incidents, as well as for providing false and misleading information regarding my eligibility for coverage. In one instance, I was denied coverage for a deer collision, which GEICO representatives told me was “not eligible” under my policy. This is blatantly false, as deer strikes are a standard part of comprehensive coverage across the auto insurance industry. Instead of processing my claim properly, GEICO misrepresented my coverage, leaving me responsible for damages that should have been covered. This pattern of denial and misrepresentation shows a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and good faith in their business practices. Customers pay for insurance with the expectation that valid claims will be honored. Instead, GEICO has engaged in deceptive practices that have caused me financial and emotional stress.
