  This remote is very professional, very accurate and very prompt with a response to my question about if he could do a better job as far as insurance wise, and he came back with an offer that by far was better than the other insurance companies and he didn’t hesitate to write the contract sign me up and get it started. I appreciate Mr. Maddox for the person the person information to make me feel comfortable talking to him and discussing the policies ups and downs, thank you Derick.

  This Allstate office is top notch! The office is in a great location and a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff was polite and helpful. The Sales Agent Beau Palone was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough concerning our request for home/auto policy. He wrote a policy saving us 40% lower the cost than our previous company, with great coverage. I recommend going to see them!

  I’ve been with Allstate since I bought my home. For years, my rate increased by no more than $50 annually, which seemed normal. But this year my premium suddenly jumped by over $300. When I reached out for an explanation, instead of giving me a clear answer, they sent what they claimed was a lower rate “offer.” The problem is that their communication was so unclear that I didn’t even realize it was an offer. The message looked like they were simply updating my rate and planning to send it to my mortgage company, not giving me a choice to accept or decline. Later, they blamed me for not accepting the offer, even though they never presented it as one in the first place. What makes this worse is the contrast with how they communicated before I signed up. When they wanted my business, they practically begged, promising the “lowest rate” and great service at all times. But once you’re insured with them, that energy disappears. They stop caring, they talk in circles, and then turn around and blame you for not reaching out or understanding their vague messages. It feels manipulative, confusing, and unprofessional. Almost like a pattern they’ve used with other customers. After years of loyalty, this experience has made me seriously question Allstate’s honesty and how they treat long-term policyholders.
