    Willie was patient and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood everything we purchased. Definitely made the difference. Service was wonderful. Kori was also made sure we were taken care of today. Even when I called to speak to, Willie, she made I didn't have to call back. Great customer service...total experience...awesome....will recommend.

I love the way she explained my life policy before excepting it.Mr.Tylan and Mrs.Marla showed me exceptional customer service as well.     Ms. Tyler was extremely helping in sorting out our concerns of adding an additional vehicle to our current policy. The new system hindered it as of now. However, we are on target to move it accordingly starting Dec 1. Ms. Tyler, thank you and a job well done.

    I talked to Mrs. Tissica Tyler. She was very nice and friendly. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She gave great customer service. On a scale of 1 to 10. She gets a 10. She made sure that I understood everything about every policy that I received. She told me about the beacon. I will be getting one. She told me if I have any problems with the installation, she will be happy to assist me. She is a great asset to the State Farm company. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. I really enjoyed the service that I received. She loves her job.
