  Would give zero stars if I could. I’ve had the same policy for two years and would pay a few days late often due to my own financial situation (this economy is terrible), and I had never had any problems nor had I been given any warning about late payments. I live in an apartment complex so I don’t check my mail every day, but I have the app downloaded on my phone and they have my email AND my personal phone number. I checked my mail yesterday and saw that my policy was being canceled but never got any notice other than the letter in the mail (the app still showed my policy as active). I called as soon as I saw the letter and was connected to a newly outsourced customer service representative instead of the lady I’ve spoken to in the actual office every other time. This person told me if I paid today my policy wouldn’t be canceled. I asked them to connect me to the office and spoke to someone else who also told me my policy shouldn’t be canceled if I paid today. I paid first thing this morning and didn’t get any response until after 7pm informing me my policy was canceled after all. To make matters worse, they won’t even be refunding my full payment. This company is going downhill so fast. I paid seven days late. Seven days.

  Filed a claim and took someone a month later to contact me. I pay for services such as towing and rental car... these are what I needed within 24 hours of me filing and I had to pay out of my own pocket. Never tried to make it right
