  I worked with Paul and he was kind and knowledgeable. He gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision about my ACA plan and took my call after our appointment to address a question. With all the changes, it was comforting to have someone like Paul to help me navigate the system. When it is time to look into Medicare, I will seek out his expertise again.

  The worst experience I have ever had. JEFF FEDEROFF should NOT be in customer service. He sold my family 2 adults and 2 kids dental insurance to take effect Aug. 1 when I got the ID cards in the mail it was only for myself and my husband. I called Jeff and he said Oh they don't send cards for minors you're all in the same policy don't worry. We had our dental appointments scheduled for the 1st week in October. Our dental office called us the next day and said the insurance company did not have the kids listed. I called the company and they in fact did not have them. First of all WHY would I even make appointments for my kids not having insurance?? They said they would investigate to see if they could get it back dated for us. I called Jeff today to ask him what happened with the kids being left off. He was absolutely horrible. He told me to be quite and to quit beating a dead horse. He asked me if I have my insurance license because I am a know it all amoung several other very rude comments! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. (By the way this entire convo is recorded on my phone) I should have seen the red flags when he tried to sneak in disibilty insursnce and life insurance in on our healthcare policy and lie about the costs!

  I would give a negative star is I could. They called me to ask if I wanted insurance, so I asked for a quote. When I told the man it was too expensive and I’d pass he thanked me for “wasting his time”. Is that not his job? He got upset when I said I didn’t want the life insurance and said I needed to have it. Really?? If I was gonna purchase anything it wouldn’t be from him! Poor customer service.
