    They have a phone number but no one answers the phone. You can leave messages and no one calls you back. Unfortunately, a family member has a policy with this company I cannot get anyone to call back. ** Changed my rating because someone finally called back today. Apparently they were closed on the day that I left this review, even though the greeting for the voicemail stated the hours of operation, which indicated they should be open. I became so frustrated and left the initial "1" review. Apparently the review got someone's attention as I received an email and I received a callback today.They still referred me to home office. I have somewhat improved my rating. (Last person out the door should update Voicemail Greeting!)
