  They wouldn’t help me. Even though I am an Allstate customer, I had a different agent so they wouldn’t help me.

  Allstate is awful no one is ever in the buildings even know they say open they are not.........

  Good service all in all okay. I feel like it's a little expensive but every issue I've ever had it's been handled quickly.

  Customer service is horrible. And got quoted from 4 different insurances all $50 cheaper at least. We’ll be switching beginning of next month

  I used Allstate for 22 years. I did some research and found that I could get better vehicle/renters coverage for $100 less a month so I called to see if they could match what the other company could do since I had be so loyal for so many years. The MOST they would drop my vehicle Insurance was $20 a month!! So much for being loyal so, I cancelled all my Insurance policies with this company on the 11th of June (day my bill was due) and I was assured that NO MONEY would be taken out of my account. Fast forward to June 15th and not only did they take out both vehicle and rental payments (against my authorization to do so) since I didn’t expect this to be pulled out I didn’t put money in my account to cover this. Now I was charged an insufficient fund fee in top of everything else making my account $242.87 in the negative!! I called this company to give them the opportunity to make this right (since I had been so loyal for 22 years) and I was told they were not going to refund my money because it’s my fault I did not give them more than 24 hours notice before my bill was due to cancel it. Oh, but “we could send you a gift card to offset the insufficient fees” (Really?!?! That makes everything better). I was extremely calm but the more I spoke to her the more she raised her voice and by the end she was yelling and I ended the conversation by telling her that I would not be spoken to that way and I hung up. NEVER NEVER NEVER again will I ever use or refer anyone to this company again!
