They provide great customer service and pay attention to the details of your accident. The only issue I had was getting back my car in 3 weeks. However, the collision shop still takes a while to repair my vehicle during the holiday season.

He checks with us personally when policies are due to be sure we have enough coverage or need to adjust coverage. We even had a small house fire and he showed up at my front door to be sure we didn’t need a place to stay or if he could do anything for us. That is a top notch agent.
