I started servicing the insurance needs of the people in Tennessee in August of 1986. Since opening my first Allstate insurance office in 2003 I have grown my business to more than 3000 customers and 2 locations, first in Gallatin and in 2007 I opened in Lebanon. - BSBrandee ShaferFeb 20, 20251.0For years, I had an excellent experience and trusted this company. I didn't open my mail from them over the holidays while I was graduating and/or sick. I'll regret that for a long time, as Allstate nearly doubled the premium on my home insurance. My (fixed) mortgage payment subsequently went up about $1500/mo....beyond what I earn as a teacher! (In case you're wondering, my taxes had actually gone down.) I have found a new insurance company and am in the process of untangling the mess, but it is truly a mess, and I wouldn't want anyone else to experience it.
