- JKJ KJul 31, 20253.0Their coverage seems OK on paper, and we did get a minor fender bender taken care of over the years. But, I don't like dealing with associates and call centers. Makes me wonder how they would handle tornado damage or something major. We had home, auto, umbrella and boat coverage with Allstate for years...never met our agent. Kinda like the legend of Big Foot. We've only seen pictures. We've got a lot to protect. We shifted to a company and agent we feel we could count on in a major disaster.
- ADAutumn DaltonNov 22, 20241.0I am absolutely disgusted by this dishonest company. I had been searching for new insurance quotes for a couple of months, after being with with Allstate for years. Multiple emails with Chelsea in Amanda's office were never replied to requesting someone reach out to assist me. Finally, on the day I inform Chelsea that I was going to obtain new insurance, I was told via email from her I would possibly be charged for the monthly amount, but that amount would be refunded when a new dec sheet was provided (which I provided the same day). I was then charged the entire amount. I disputed the charge with my bank, which my bank promptly refunded, as it was noted that it was an unauthorized charge by the emails that I provided. I find out today that I am being sent to collections. I have never bee sent to collections in my life. All of this because of an unethical and lazy employee. I would like to personally thank Chelsea for all of her laziness, lack of character and lies, which finally forced me to look into a better, more ethical insurance company.
