    Brooklen was super helpful and informative this morning, and showed me exactly how everything was going to impact my monthly payment even when she had to run the quote multiple times! She explained how to get the most benefits for me at a lower cost than three of the other competitors I called - and she was (most importantly) so sweet and fun to talk to!

    I have been with State Farm for a long time. I have been very satisfied with them. I received my renewal papers for my car insurance in the mail today. I didn't fully understand it, so I called my local office. Mike took the call and he answered my question for me. He was very nice and helpful. Thanks Mike!

    I’ve been a customer of State Farm for quite some time and couldn’t be happier. I have multiple policies with them, and anytime I’ve had to file a claim, they have taken care of us quickly and professionally. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cares about their clients. It’s rare to find an insurance agent you can fully trust, and Marks crew definitely care. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for great service and peace of mind!

    I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband and I moved from Illinois at the end of March. We have a shared policy with his GMC my Cruze. In late April my Cruze was totaled and he went in to take it off the policy and instead they took the GMC off leaving us uninsured on that vehicle. He went in and they “fixed it” by creating an entirely new policy for the GMC. Later, when I got my new Spark, he went in to add it on and they again created an entirely new policy for it. He went in again to have it fixed and they combined it (finally) in June. Since June we have been paying 2 policies, with the promise of them fixing it, except we are paying 1 policy with the GMC and the Spark on it, and another policy for the Spark which is costing us over $160 extra per month. My husband has gone in countless times and keeps getting the run around. They tried to rectify the situation by giving us a $25 gift card to Olive Garden but $25 doesn’t even come close to the extra over $600 we’ve paid since June. Austin Murray hasn’t even been there any of the times that my husband has gone in or today when I called. It might be time for him to step in and fix this before he loses 2 clients.
