    I use these folks because my parents use them. My homeowners & car bundle were cheaper for me than my past farmers insurance. When I call I get voicemail. It must be nice to earn that sort of salary while doing very little to earn it. I use the 800 line or app. I'm not even sure why we need these agents at this point anyway.

    Over several years I have been doing business with The George Gray Allstate Insurance Agency. I find Mr. Gray and his office very professional and eager to work with me as a customer and neighbor. I highly recommend them.

    My Allstate team is always there no matter what my needs or questions. I am very happy with Allstate . I dont have to worry or stress about anything , I know my Allstate team always has my back.

    If I could give them a 0 stars I would. The only thing they are great at is NOT caring about a customer!! I am going to spend the rest of this day cancelling an entire portfolio of accounts and moving them to another company. Including multiple Life Policies for others. Our auto policies cancelled multiple times because of confusion over auto-pay because we took it off during Covid. My wife asked them to call if there was ever a question about not receiving a payment she asked to "call not cancel." Cancelled again and they say Allstate will not allow them them to re-write and Franchise owner says he has too many clients to keep up with it and if they keep a large % it is OK because of having a lot of accounts. ALLSTATE is losing over 50 accounts and almost 8K a month in payments today because of not taking care of a customer and they say it is OK?? We have perfect driving records and the discounts advertised are total fake. We paid more here after the discounts than we paid at Geico it was just too much hassle to change it doing it now. Allstate gets a ZERO from someone in the Car Business so you be the judge.
