- SHSally HicksJul 29, 20251.0I've been with State Farm for over 35 yrs, and although Cole was more than happy to transfer me from Idaho to Kentucky two yrs. ago, I decided to leave State Farm for good today. After dropping my car insurance because of an accident claim where I was not at fault and now raising my homeowners insurance an additional $100 a month, I went into his office today to inform him of my decision. I was met with a loud and argumentative attitude and knew right then and there that I had made the right decision to walk away from State Farm.
