Joe is always available for questions and issues and then puts me in touch with staff members that do more of the paperwork side. He knows the trade, has great and fair prices both personally and on the commercial side and is just a good person. I like dealing with people that are nice people and don't take you for granted. I moved my business insurance from another broker to Joe after I saw how he treated me on the personal side. It was a great choice, you won't be unhappy.
