We were referred to another health insurance broker who gave me the brush-off because I had a pre-existing condition. Then I met Tom Law with HealthMarkets. He took the time to hear what our needs were and researched options including marketplace plans and supplemental policies to find us several great options. When we were offered the opportunity to get started on another employer-based health plan a month later, I compared the plans and found that the ones Tom found for us were better coverage and lower cost than the employer options!
