He has proven to be very knowledgeable, efficient, personable and friendly. He has always been there when I had a need regarding any of the insurance policies I have with him. In my opinion, he is an EXEMPLARY agent! Chad’s office staff is ‘top-notch’ as well. They are also very efficient, conscientious, and courteous in the way they have addressed any questions, inquiries, etc. that I have ever had. They are very upbeat…you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Overall, the customer service in Chad Hawkins State Farm office is ‘World-Class,’ and I would recommend it highly!

Had over a year to "get the billing straight" and his office staff just kept blaming corporate, for a year! I'm sure they never got on the phone to fight with corporate to fix it. You and your team did me wrong Chad. I switched to pay more, what does that say.
