  While having my car serviced I discovered that Jeremiah Martin’s Geico office in Bartlett On US Highway 64 is about a mile away, around the corner. It’s also a stone’s throw away from the WolfChase Galleria. The dealership’s courtesy van dropped me off. The current policy I had with a competitor was going to lapse the next day and I was determined not to renew my policy with them again because even though I have never had an accident nor even a moving violation within the last 35 years, my policy continually increased every six months and this time by a factor of a $60. I was totally unprepared, I didn’t have any proper documentation, no proof of insurance, and even unaware that my tag registration had lapsed the previous month, no account #s for bank, current policy, etc, etc,. I was introduced to Lisa, (also a Mississippi Licensed Agent) who was able to assist me. Through perseverance, professionalism and the utmost dedication, she was able to resolve all the issues I presented, including renewing my vehicle registration and removing a red flag that developed from my many previous failed attempts on line. She made several phone calls and emails to the appropriate authorities and by the time she had completed all the task and issued me a new GEICO policy, the dealership called and said my vehicle was ready for pickup. “Wow”, I would advise anyone, recommend to everyone and direct folks who want to leave their current insurance providers to this office because these people are courteous professional and dedicated. They make you feel right at home. Lastly, this policy is not an introductory rate and it still saved me $200. “Wow”. Joe
