Every so often I run across really excellent customer service and I seldomly see it these days. I'm very excited to have experienced this with Jennifer. She made me feel appreciated and understood my needs right away! I was searching for auto insurance and it wad literally the day before renewal with AAA and I couldn't bare to be with them another day. Your office was the 3rd and final call for me. We joked about how Progressive was going to call me back and they still have not....... to this day. Thank you for your honesty and diligent effort to find me the best insurance rates possible. It was a very successful phone call. Emma presented me with several options for my insurance needs for auto, liability and rental coverage initially. I’ll be returning soon for life and accident and then homeowner insurance once our build is complete. I was able to save about $126 off my auto insurance each month even with increased coverage over what I currently have. Overall it was a very quick and professional experience and Emma made it enjoyable. I didn’t feel like a customer. I felt like a friend and she was looking out for my best interest.
