Allstate refused the payment for Joe’s policy out of my bank account. I had NO idea this had happened. Shortly thereafter, Joe was involved in an accident which was not his fault, a law enforcement officer observed the accident and placed all fault on the other driver. (The white truck ran a stop sign.) Allstate refused to pay for damages to Joe’s car. Allstate did not honor Mr. Knaff’s assurances that there would be no interruption in coverage. This is contrary to Tennessee law.
