  I cannot say enough great things about Lena! She has helped me with both personal and business insurance decisions and I wouldn’t consider going to anyone else. She is kind, patient, and truly knows her stuff. I highly recommend using her for any questions or insurance needs you may have!

  I strongly advise against using this company for homeowner or auto insurance. I filed a claim for roof hail damage after a major storm. My experience with adjuster Christopher Mackey was appalling. He is dishonest and lies while smiling to you; his family would be ashamed if they knew. When he states there is no damage, assume there is significant damage, as his goal is to rapidly close the claim to avoid paying out. They will also make you split every separate thing damaged into different claims so you have to pay deductible on each one even though they may all be caused from same event. Scamsurance. The entire process was unnecessarily prolonged. I filed the claim in early July, yet the final payment was only received in mid-November. Beyond the claims issue, my new homeowner's insurance rate is more than 45% cheaper, and my auto insurance decreased by about 40% with a different provider. Finally, while everyone is nice initially, once a claim is filed, customer service is non-existent, and simply reaching someone by phone becomes virtually impossible.

  Lena Bobo is the best insurance agent I have ever had!! She helped me switch my insurance over to my fiancé’s insurance and made the process so very easy!! She answered all my questions and was so very patient with me!! She is kind, courteous and very professional!! If you are looking for insurance…she is the one to call!! Farm Bureau is lucky to have her!!

  Best experience I’ve ever had with ANY insurance. Lena walked me through the process, found the best plan that matched my needs and got me a rate that surpassed my expectations. More than that, she cares!! She really connects with her clients on a personal level and creates a warm and comforting environment. I feel confident that if/when I need anything she will be available and not just count me as another number. It’s hard to find trustworthy people these days but, when you do you don’t let them go.
