- TMTammy MillerSep 24, 20251.0I have never met Blake, never talked to him, we have been with Allstate for 50 years and have always had a great agent. All he has done for us is increase our premiums. We have found another agency for our auto and home that cut our premiums in half. This office never answers the phone or call you back and today we found out they had moved, we were never notified. To those that have had a great experience with agent I’m happy for you but for me we found someone else.

Disregard sending emails they wont response to that either so the best thing you can do is find another Allstate agencies or insurance company. Can't leave a 0 so I guess 1 star will do.
