He is never in the office when I call and dies not return calls. The gals that answer the phones are amazing. They have helped me with my questions regarding coverage, etc. Great company, poor communication with Taylor. This is unfortunate as I trusted him with my insurance.

He's an incredible guy and will work hard for you. Got me an excellent rate on my homeowners policy that was much less than my old one. On top of that I got even more coverage on my house! Very happy. Trust me when I say, He will get you the best rate and deal for you and your family. Very honest and trustworthy man. I don't do post like this usually but this man deserves the credit. Hes helped and advised me on other Insurance policy options as well, Life, Auto, etc. Hes helped me and my family with all of them. Work with him, and I promise you won't regret it. Where they play around and make you wait N Wait. But they didn't do that to us. I would Highly recommend them to anyone. Very Happy with them.
