- LHlori hallDec 3, 20255.0When I called Farm Bureau I was referred to Miss Robin through a family member. I had never met her before but she made me feel real comfortable and although I'm just a little piece of wood out in the woodpile she worked with me like I was the biggest piece of wood out there and that I was very important. Ms. Terry treated me like my auto policy was important to their company and it was their number one goal to get me insured. They didn't treat me like I was a bad person with a bad credit score or anything they just found out what my needs were and gave me the rate according to those needs. They made me totally feel like a person you know because not everybody that has bad credit is in debt or irresponsible sometimes they just have nothing revolving which for some reason makes it appear like they have bad credit go figure, but the service I received was absolutely excellent I've had to call a couple of other times for various reasons and they returned my calls immediately or I got them immediately A1 service. I have had other insurance companies Allstate, Geico, State farm, and Nationwide, but this is the best service I've ever had so far. I am therefore a proud member now. May God bless the Farm Bureau team amen 🙏❤️
