- PDPeter J DamianiNov 7, 20251.0Called looking for a quote on a home we were looking to buy in Little River. Told the nice man Rick that I needed a quote to get pre-approved for a loan. He took all the information and said he would give it to the agent. After 1week, I called back and told Rick I haven't heard back. He explained there was an issue and should have a quote that afternoon. Bottom line, over 2 weeks, still no response and now the house we were looking at went under contract. We have Farm Bureau in TN and our Agent always returns our calls quickly. I would never work with this office in SC, and do not understand how they have stayed in business. Terrible customer service (Rick was very nice to work with - the agent not so much, never heard from them).
