    Called looking for a quote on a home we were looking to buy in Little River. Told the nice man Rick that I needed a quote to get pre-approved for a loan. He took all the information and said he would give it to the agent. After 1week, I called back and told Rick I haven't heard back. He explained there was an issue and should have a quote that afternoon. Bottom line, over 2 weeks, still no response and now the house we were looking at went under contract. We have Farm Bureau in TN and our Agent always returns our calls quickly. I would never work with this office in SC, and do not understand how they have stayed in business. Terrible customer service (Rick was very nice to work with - the agent not so much, never heard from them).

    Boy I dont know what some people are thinking, but ms. Gore and her staff are friendly and do everything they can to help you. My wife and me went there today and had a great experience. These folks are a class act from Nola to ms. Gore. You need insurance give them a try they will look for the best coverage and price. Thank you guys for all your help. You are the best!

    This is a dirty office with unprofessional agents. Never reachable by phone! Just like everyone else stated. And they Love to call and try extort their "membership" dues of an extra $40 they never mention when you pay them 6 months advance. Scammers like pretty much every other insurance business Horrible service Horrible Agents.
