- BCBobbie CaseApr 17, 20241.0I decided to transfer my 401k over to my new employer and let me tell you the runaround I received from Principal. I paid extra to have the check sent via FedEx. I did not get my check and after waiting almost 2 weeks, I called only for them to tell me that FedEx returned it to them. Reason was because they said it wasn't a valid address which is not true. Now they are telling me that they will not send another check FedEx and I'm just out of luck with the money I paid. So glad I am not using them anymore. Customer service is HORRIBLE!
