I am taking my business elsewhere due to this, like they care, I had five different agents in one year and I only knew this because I checked my account once a month to make sure my payment went through. No relationship to their clients. Embarrassing!

- ACAmber CarsonJan 26, 20201.0Customer service isn't great. The rates are high. Paying your bill is almost impossible if you can't from Auto deduction one time. There's a $40 dollar fee to support farmers that doesn't auto deduct. No support for online services. But they want you to pay the fee online. They have a $5 fee to support the political canidate of their choosing but no one knows what canidate it goes to. Did I say their customer service is not great?
