I’ve never experienced not only dishonesty but a major lack of just caring in general. Communication sucked, paper work was with held, paper work was not submitted, it was hard to get a hold of someone in a reasonable time unless I reached out to corporate. Will never use this agent again!!!!! Went to another agent and they fixed everything instantly. The lack of care and laziness is ridiculous.

Both of these ladies went out of their way to make sure they got all of my information correctly so the quoting process was seamless. My insurance is up for renewal in early January, so once my husband and I can review our renewal to the new quote we will make a decision. I must say that the customer service skills these two ladies have are some of the best we have experienced in a while. This alone is enough to help me make our decision.
