Because our car is relatively rare and very different, an all electric Tesla Model S, we were worried about every aspect of the Insurance and repair process. But, every step in the process of moving the car to an approved Tesla repair facility, evaluating the damage, agreeing to the repair costs and getting the process of repair done went remarkably smoothly and efficiently. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process following the collision. Our car looks like new and the accident is now behind us thanks to Allstate and especially Stephen Kang who followed up on every part of the process to keep it moving as fast as possible. We recently changed our auto and home insurance from another company to Allstate and Stephen Kang. I am so glad we did this before our first-ever collision.
