Dawn is always so knowledgeable and helpful with our insurance coverage and questions. When a drunk driver ran his SUV into our home Dawn was one of the first calls I made! I had never had a claim before and was clueless what to do and so afraid it was going to take forever for my claim to be handled. Dawn explained the claims process to me and really helped put me at ease. She was compassionate and wonderful in helping me with setting up my claim. State Farm recommended a few contractors in the area which was great since we are fairly new to the area. The contractor I chose was amazing! State Farm sent me a check quickly so that I was able to get the repairs started. I am absolutely thrilled how well State Farm handled my claim! They made a stressful situation WAY less stressful!!!

I have auto, life and homeowners insurance with State Farm “Daniel Crosby “ Agency. Everyone is willing to help you. I love being able to stop by. Plus I don’t have to be on the phone with someone I don’t know. Or an automated service that can’t connect you to the right department. Thanks goes out to everyone at State Farm.
