AVOID AT ALL COST. CARELESS - SCAMMERS.
My agent WAS Terral Causey and after receiving an extremely high bill due to a discrepancy with HER paperwork that was already filed and in the system, she was unable to revert that charge and get my account figured out, let alone in order. Oh, let me mention as i saw in a previous review as it must be a signature move of hers to act like a super hero (ex let me hunt these people down) When I called, first she acted as if she was shuffling through paperwork trying to find mine and said she will call me back. (After about an hour did i then receive a call back with no resolution and her claiming it was on ME to have filed the necessary "missing" forms. ISN'T THAT WHAT THEY'RE FOR? she also claimed she was unable to reverse that charge or be of any more assistance. (ALSO FALSE BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS WITHOUT SUBMITTING ANY FORMS THE MARKETPLACE DIDN'T ALREADY HAVE ON FILE --- AND WAS ABLE TO REVERSE THE CHARGE BACK TO MY ACCOUNT AND RESUME MY INITIAL AGREEMENT.))
After realizing that Terral is incompetent, unwilling and frankly careless, I began my own research. (I mean c'mon, how hard can it be? If she can do it wrong I'm certain I can do it 'wrong' too, right? lol
(come to find out, not only is it elementary...its effortless! Easier than making a facebook account, just read, fill in the blanks, check off some boxes and bam, you're done.)
I was able to get in direct contact with Healthcare Marketplace, regain control of my account and resolve all issues that shouldn't have been issues in the first place. (IF SHE WOULD DO HER JOB AT THE MINIMUM SHE COULD HAVE KEPT US AS CUSTOMERS without me EVER knowing a difference of how horribly these insurance brokers ROB us.)
ALONG WITH THAT did i then find out, the plan she had us on was HORRIBLE in comparison to the plans available.
I REMOVED her from control of my account and changed plans to a much better one. (not only did i find cheaper rates, better plans, lower premiums, lower deductibles and lower oop maximums, I was also able to get dental and vision included for LESS than what i was previously paying as well.)
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM with A LICENSE TO STEAL. I assume they make a commission by signing up people for horrible insurance plans, and AFTER they sign you up THEY ARE NO LONGER IN CONTACT NOR CARE TO HELP OR ASSIST THEIR CUSTOMERS. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, SIGN UP DIRECTLY WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES YOURSELF OR AT THE LEAST FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH COMPETENT EMPLOYEES THAT CARE TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. EFFICIENTLY AND AREN'T JUST THERE FOR A PAYCHECK.
(visit healthcare.gov and sign yourself up, no need for a middleman broker that doesn't know how to use a computer better than you in the first place, remember they're here for a paycheck, they do not have your best interest at heart.)
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH AND I WILL BE ESCALATING THIS TO CORPORATE SO THEY KNOW HOW THIS BRANCH IS SLANDERING THEIR NAME. WHAT A JOKE.
0 stars if i could go that low. but i owe a sincere thank you for the horrible service which in turn pushed me to just do it myself to get it done right.

Buyer beware! They will double your rates every 6 months and tell you that don't know the reason when you question them about it. Terrible experience

I had a policy only a few months. From the beginning there was issues. They had charged my account multiple times for the “annual fee” which took a few weeks to get refunded after calling numerous times. I had auto payments set up, which they apparently never took. I received a call a week after my coverage had apparently lapsed, they claim I received emails and letter about but I hadn’t received anything, saying “pay $300 and we will reinstate your policy.” I paid the $300 and they responded with “oh it’s not letting me reinstate you, let me check with your agent and call you back.” 4 hours later I got a call back saying “yeah you need to pay the full 6 month premium, which has gone up $400, to reinstate. We need the full $2000 to reinstate your policy.” Even though I had just given them $300 to reinstate a policy I never knew lapsed. I told them I couldn’t do that and that I’d like the $300 back to which they responded “we can’t refund the money because you owed it anyway.” I NEVER KNEW I OWED THEM MONEY! It was their error! It was supposed to be auto drafted! They then told me after telling them I couldn’t pay $2000 that I “need to just find another insurance company.” It was nice to have to pay $300 on an insurance I don’t have anymore right before Christmas. Thanks Pam, please send a letter explaining why my kids don’t get Christmas this year. A joke of a company.
