We had been waiting weeks on the paperwork he said he was going to mail to her to get her signature so the insurance could be canceled. Finally called him today to inquire about it and he said he hasn’t mailed it and would just hold onto it until she’s able to get by his office to sign it. Meanwhile, continuing to bill her for insurance that she called over a month ago to cancel. Shady. Silver lining, after some shopping around I was able to get my mom insurance for more than half the price she was paying them. Unbelievable at the cons these guys pull on those uniformed. If you got insurance here, chances are you are being gouged too.
