- EREmma RobarJun 5, 20251.0Terrible customer service. 0 follow up. Tried to cancel my plan since March of this year. Reached out to my agent Mac and he never got back to me. Called the office on numerous occasions all with the same response “I’ll tell him to give you a call back” never did. I finally went into the office and he finally canceled my policy after insulting/belittling me and on numerous occasions has spoke about my policy to someone who was not on the policy nor my beneficiary or even a policy holder with farm bureau. As soon as I cancelled the policy before I even pulled out of the parking lot I get a call that he immediately texted that same person informing them of my cancellation. Complete breach of confidentiality. Overall this was a miserable experience. -5/5 stars.

My manager told me that he would take care of me and that’s exactly what he did. I was paying $350 a month for my insurance and Jeff was able to cut that price in half for me! His kindness and professionalism is outstanding. He even came to my job site to help me feel out the application. I now will have home, auto and life insurance thanks to him. I am very grateful
