We called on several occasions to find out the status of our insurance and every time we were told that everything was OK, just to find out months later that it was canceled and we were uninsured. I do not know if it is laziness, lack of training, pour technology or management, but I cannot understand how is it possible to misinform anyone for months and how it is possible to not capture the auto-payment information we provided several times. Needless to say I returned to my old insurance.
