    After being a customer for years I am very disappointed with this company. I spoke with Ty Ofarrell about what was needed to provide proof that my roof was fixed and he said that he could take care of it. At least I could have called the company that fixed my roof and got what was needed. Since he said he would do it that is what I thought was done until I get a letter saying my insurance will not be renewed because the information was not sent. First of all I did not get a letter from your company other than the one I respond to or a letter from the insurance company it self. It is a shame that people just don't care how they put others in a bad situation. I Thank GOD I know how to look into things because people will try to destroy your peace.

    The insurance is about normal, but the customer service sucks! After Zara left, no one seamsto care about us.we have tried to add insurance but ended up with a different company for my business insurance because no one would call us back
