I spoke with Ty Ofarrell about what was needed to provide proof that my roof was fixed and he said that he could take care of it. At least I could have called the company that fixed my roof and got what was needed. Since he said he would do it that is what I thought was done until I get a letter saying my insurance will not be renewed because the information was not sent. First of all I did not get a letter from your company other than the one I respond to or a letter from the insurance company it self. It is a shame that people just don't care how they put others in a bad situation. I Thank GOD I know how to look into things because people will try to destroy your peace.
