  I recently moved from ri to Texas. I had paid my policy in full for ri till end of term 2025. Kevin Cloutier’s agency never reimbursed me and the cheque pictured got bounced. He kept on telling me he can’t help to call main Allstate offices. It routed you to Philippines where you can’t get to a person who speaks decent English or can help. I got a run for my money and never got the right cheque. The cheque in pictures was blocked and cancelled. I ended up paying in Texas again for same period. I was will Allstate for 14 yrs will gladly go with another company who cares for their loyal customers rather than scamming them twice for payment. Shame on Allstate and shame on Cloutier agency

  I've been a customer for ten years. I decided to shop around and I got a quote in my email. Then I got an email from Kevin Cloutier saying he was doing a random review of my policy (first one in 10 years). What concerned me when I called back, per the person I spoke with, was my replacement value never changed and had my house been destroyed it would only cover half of the cost. Per their new estimate I would be out $200,000. Yes I should have been more diligent and reviewed the annual renewal paperwork more closely, but that's what the agent and office for. Maybe a policy review shorter than every decade would have helped Lesson learned and I saved money with more coverage.

  I switched to this agency in mid 2020. The professionalism, their attention to detail, knowledge and pricing make for an ideal combination. Its a local agency that can, in my opinion, do more than an 800 number auto-answer can. Job well done!
