  I was a customer for at least over a decade. I received a renewal notice and they jacked up the rate so much, so I contacted another company for a quote. And the other company was charging $800 less in the year than TD insurance. So I obviously decided to do business with this other company. I never renewed my auto insurance with TD, and they sent me a registered letter saying that my policy would be cancelled. I thought that was the end of it since I never renewed my policy with them. Wrong! Months later they sent me another registered letter with a bill for months of service that I never even authorized, saying that if I didn’t pay it, it would go to a collection agency. How could I receive an invoice for insurance that I never renewed or authorized?! So I literally had to pay two auto insurance policies for the same exact months, when I only authorized one policy (at another company) for my vehicle. I had to pay for a policy that I never authorized or renewed! I have never been threatened with a bill going to a collection agency in my whole life! This is totally unacceptable! I have A1 credit and always paid my policies in FULL once a year! This is absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable. I am in dismay that a company would do such a thing. I will never do business with TD insurance ever again. They stole over $274 from me. I suggest that you stay away from them too. Thieves.
