No credit nothing when the agent added full payment I never asked for. Giving me a discount that reversed last month and cost me fortune. Customer service did not help,

Mike Vahey opened a homeowners policy under my name without me asking and then made me jump through hoops to cancel it. Then when I switched my car insurance to Liberty Mutual, they reported me as uninsured so I had to go to court to prove I wasn’t driving without insurance. Mike Vahey is not only an idiot, he is obviously vindictive and gets off making people’s lives difficult.
