I went back and forth with an email that had no agent listed nothing but a main number and told me they will not insure me and said go back to GEICO for other options. How email there is no other option, they use your company Assurant. The worst. I don't even want to give them a star

Just called again to get help on my policy and Lucy Mendez was really helpful and nice too.
